Guaranteed Return Plans

Guaranteed return plans provide either a guaranteed income for your investment or a guaranteed return on your lump-sum contribution at the end of a five-year term. This makes them ideal investments if you are looking for low risk and stability.

Features of a guaranteed return plan

These investment plans offer peace of mind as you know exactly what your investment will be worth after five years.

You have to invest for a minimum of five years and there are terms to when you can access your money, if you need to withdraw earlier. At the end of the five-year term, you will be able to reinvest the proceeds of your investment.

Guaranteed return plans are particularly tax-efficient for individuals who have an average tax rate of 30% or more.

Choose a guaranteed return plan that's right for you

Whatever your needs, we've designed a guaranteed return plan to best suit you. We offer two types: the Guaranteed Income Plan and the Guaranteed Growth Plan.

Guaranteed Income Plan

This plan will provide a guaranteed regular income for a five-year term through a voluntary annuity. When you start your investment, you may also choose to have a level income over the five years or for your income to grow at 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% each year. We can also pay your investment's full guaranteed maturity value to your beneficiaries in the event of your death.
