Our Group Risk solutions offer comprehensive risk cover to protect your employees and their families against financial difficulty in the event of death, disability and severe illness, while rewarding them for getting healthier.

Selected benefits are underpinned by Vitality and Corporate Wellness, which allows employees to receive additional rewards and wellness benefits. This includes our payback benefit, which rewards employees for improved health when they integrate their Group Risk cover with other Discovery products, by paying up to 15% of their premiums back to them.
