Consolidated benefits for basic out-of-hospital radiology and pathology

Radiology and pathology tests are essential diagnostic tools that help in the early detection and management of various medical conditions. These tests include X-rays, ultrasounds, MRI scans, blood tests, and other laboratory analyses that are crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

New benefit limits

The following annual limits for basic out of hospital radiology and pathology apply from 2025:

Member only: R10,000
Member plus one dependant: R12,000
Member plus two dependants: R13,000
Member plus three dependants: R14,000
Member plus four or more dependants: R15,000
