Physical wellbeing
Equip your employees to better manage their health and wellness. Through the Discovery app and Discovery website, they will get checklists, helpful tips and reminders on an ongoing basis to manage your health easily.
Emotional wellbeing
Your employees emotional wellbeing is accessed using internationally recognised mental health assessments. If an employee is identified as high-risk, a Healthy Company coach can refer them to a psychologist or social worker.
Financial wellbeing
Depending on your employee’s risk profile, a Healthy Company coach will reach out to them with relevant life-event linked advice, articles, videos and budgeting tools. Employees can complete a financial education module and speak to our financial experts.
Legal assistance
If your employee’s require legal support at any point, they have access to a legal expert for a telephonic consultation for advice on a broad range of legal matters. Employees can also request assistance with drafting legal contracts and documents.
