Sabrina Love Ocean Challenge

The Discovery Sabrina Love Ocean Challenge takes place on Plettenberg Bay beach from 20 December 2016, and it gives you and your family the perfect way to keep fit over the December holidays. Now in its 13th year, The Sabrina Love Ocean Challenge has welcomed top international sports stars, holiday makers and over 4000 participants to this annual multidisciplinary competition.

This 3 day event takes place at Central Beach Plettenberg Bay and Kurland, The Crags (near Plettenberg Bay) and embodies a fun filled professional sporting event. The event promotes community and family participation, thereby encouraging people to be healthier and in doing so support The Sabrina Love Foundation which supports children with physical disabilities and special needs in the Eastern Cape region.

The Discovery Sabrina Love Ocean Challenge will take place at Plettenberg Bay beach and Kurland Polo Estate from 20 December 2016 to 22 December 2016. You can choose between or enter a combination of these events:

• 5km ocean swim
• 1 mile ocean swim
• 10km beach run
• 6km trail run
• 10km trail run
• 25km mountain bike ride
• 5km beach walk
• Kids of Steel Adventure Run

Vitality members will earn points for participation in the Discovery Sabrina Love Ocean Challenge.
