Board of Trustees election process for 2018

Eight positions on the Board of Trustees will become available for nomination, election and filling during 2018, and LA Health is committed to the transformation of the Board of Trustees to be representative of the demographics of the Scheme’s membership base through its existing democratic process.

The Board of Trustees has amended the Scheme’s Rules to allow all forms of communication to be used to ensure members are able to participate easily in the nomination and election processes. In 2018, members will have the choice to participate in the election through a postal or an electronic ballot vote.

Please look out during February 2018 for the Scheme’s official notice in this regard.

KPMG has been appointed to oversee the entire process.
