We make it easy for you to submit your claims

Remedi has made it easy for you to submit your medical scheme claims when you use one of our digital channels. We offer convenient ways to make processing of your claims easier and faster.

Submit your medical scheme claims in any of these digital ways:

1. On the Discovery app

• Go to Claims under the Health tab and click on the + icon
• Click on the “+” at the bottom right-hand side to submit a claim
• Select either Submit photo of claim or Scan QR code on claim
• Use the camera on your phone to take a picture of your claim or
• Use your phone to scan the QR code on your claim provided by your healthcare professional
• Click Submit

2. Email your claims to us

Scan and email your claims to claims@discovery.co.za
