Check out the new FAZ updates

We have recently made changes to the Financial Adviser Zone platform with enhancements to help you navigation this platform better. We introduced the below enhancements to our platform in September:

  • Forward functionality: This makes it easier for you to share our communication with your clients from Secure Inbox, especially while you are on the go.
  • Adviser preferences: This lets you change which communications you receive from various product houses in Discovery and who in your business receives that communication.

In addition, we have the below tools available on FAZ to help you with your business.

Integration opportunities:

The Integration opportunities page is a powerful tool which lets you quickly and easily identify and track sale opportunities within your existing client base. To access the tool on the Financial Adviser Zone (FAZ) main menu, go to Leads >>> Lead Suite >>> Integration opportunities. To identify integration opportunities, you could search either by client or by product.

Sale Campaigns:

We have redesigned the sales campaigns system on the Lead Suite tool in FAZ for a more seamless and intuitive journey. The interface now has a more user-friendly layout and a range of new insights into the performance of the campaigns. To access sales campaigns on the FAZ main menu go to Leads >> Sales campaigns
