Need a new membership card?

We have also moved away from the issuing of plastic membership cards due to numerous delivery issues with the South African post office. We have encountered numerous instances where cards have been lost in transit, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration. Accessing your digital membership card is simple and convenient allowing you to access it anywhere, anytime.

Your digital membership card is stored securely on your phone and easily accessible, so it is less likely to be lost or damaged - unlike a physical card. Downloading the Remedi app, from the Apple App Store or Google Play store allows you to keep your card on your phone, instead of taking up space in your wallet.

Also, any changes you make to your membership (like adding a new dependant), reflects immediately on your digital card.

Log in using the same username and password you use for www.yourremedi.co.za
On the Medical aid landing page, select View membership card.
Your digital membership card will be displayed.
