It helps you if we have the right details for you. It speeds up handling everything from authorising hospital admissions to paying claims. It also helps us to let you know of important changes to your membership, like new benefits.
Update your details online
Update your details using our website:
- Open your browser and go to www.yourremedi.co.za.
- Log in to our website with your username and password
- Hold your mouse over the Your personal details tab and select Update Your Details.
- The website will send a one-time password (OTP) to the email address we have on file for you.
- Enter the OTP and click on SUBMIT.
- Check that your personal, contact and address details are correct and update anything that's changed.
- Click on Submit to save your new details
And you're done! Now you know you won't miss important messages.
