Vitality Drive for Business

Vitality Drive for Business is a driver behaviour programme designed for businesses that uses telematics technology to measure and reward good driving. This programme is founded on Discovery Insure's shared value model of insurance, which uses incentive-based insurance principles to encourage good driving behaviour. Better driving reduces the number of accidents and results in insurance savings and safer roads for all. These savings are then shared with clients to further incentivise good driving behaviour.

Businesses can earn and maximise rewards in three easy steps:

BUSINESS REWARDS

Businesses can get up to 30% of their monthly vehicle premium back for driving well and up to 50% discount on any purchases at
Tiger Wheel & Tyre, based on their Vitality Drive status.

Get up to 30% of your vehicle premium back

You can earn up to 30% premium cash back every month for each vehicle on the Vitality Drive for Business programme based on that vehicle's driving behaviour as shown below. Your total monthly company cash back will be the sum of the cash back earned by all your vehicles on the Vitality Drive for Business programme that month. Company rewards are earned monthly and paid annually in the month after the end of the plan year.

Diamond Vitality Drive status

Every month, individual vehicles earn a Diamond Vitality Drive status if they achieve Gold Vitality Drive status and more than 80% of vehicles receive a valid score that month. Diamond Vitality Drive status boosts the vehicle rewards percentage to 30%.

Company score and Vitality Drive status

Your company score is the average of all vehicle scores for vehicles on the Vitality Drive for Business programme. Companies earn a Vitality Drive status based on their driving score according to the table above. Similar to vehicles, companies also earn a Diamond Vitality Drive status if they achieve Gold Vitality Drive status and more than 80% of vehicles receive a valid score that month. The company's Vitality Drive status determines the rewards percentage for status-based rewards

Get up to 50% discount on Tiger Wheel & Tyre purchases

It is important to make sure your vehicles are safe to drive and always kept in the best condition. This helps to keep your drivers safe on the road and avoids interruptions to your business.

To help you manage the costs of maintaining you vehicles, we give you up to 50% discount* on purchases such as tyres, batteries and wiper blades at Tiger Wheel & Tyre based on your Vitality Drive status.


*Limited to R5 000 spend per vehicle, per transaction.

Every week, drivers who have driven more than 100kms with a driving score of 70 or more qualify for an airtime or data voucher, meal, coffee or smoothie from one of our partners below:
