The Discovery Financial Adviser (DFA) Academy is an elite two-year programme that provides an opportunity for graduates to enter into the financial services sector as a financial adviser. The programme provides mentorship with an industry professional and exposure to different social styles, coupled with hands-on experience in the financial services industry.

This programme is aimed at expanding on Discovery’s sales force with remarkable graduates, thus increasing our skilled adviser offering and carving new pathways for graduates who are keen to enter into the financial services sector.
