In order to prevent any fraudulent activity, please always ensure that when communicating with your designated Billing specialist or any Discovery staff member that a valid email address from Discovery is used. In the event that you are unsure of any communication please rather contact your Corporate Health Manager, Billing Specialist and or our contact centre to get confirmation. You are also welcome to make use of our Fraud line 0800 004 500 in the event that you are aware of any fraudulent behaviour.
