Discovery Duathlon Cape Town
Discovery is proud to bring you the Discovery Duathlon Cape Town on 23 April this year - your chance to RUNCYCLERUN through the streets of the Mother City.
At Discovery we believe in helping people become healthier, enhancing and protecting their lives - it’s this core purpose that guides all we that do. The Discovery Duathlon Cape Town is no different - it’s your chance to take to the streets of Cape Town for a day of fun-filled, healthy competition. There is something for everyone, with various distances to choose from and even a kid’s-only Duathlon:
- Super Sprint: 2.5km run, 10km cycle, 2.5km run
- Sprint: 5km run, 20km cycle, 2.5km run
- Standard: 10km run, 40km cycle, 5km run
And for the kids:
- 5 - 6 years: 200m run, 1.1km cycle, 200m run
- 7 - 9 years: 650m run, 2.2km cycle, 200m run
- 10 - 11 years: 1.3km run, 3.3km cycle, 1.3km run
