Sometimes on life’s journey there are changes you have no control over. Sometimes you choose to make that change and turn your life around. Whatever these changes that are part of your journey, we see them as opportunities for us to be there with and for you – be it in helping to treat a life-threatening condition, motivating you to run that extra mile, guiding you when you have to make important decisions following the unexpected or even just encouraging a healthier and happier you. Student inspires his peers to improve their lives through living his best life
Charl-Stephan Nienaber wasn’t always the healthy, fit young man he is today. Only a few short years ago he was overweight and unhealthy; until one day he made the decision to improve his life and change his habits for the better.
