How you and your employees can get to Gold status health and Vitality rewards

There isn’t a set order for these activities. This is the recommended path you and your employees can follow to get healthier:

Complete online health assessments on www.discovery.co.za to learn more about your health and earn up to 12 500 Vitality points.
Know your health by visiting registered pharmacies, dietitians and biokineticists in the Vitality Wellness Network to earn up to 26 500 Vitality points
Do health checks specific to your age and gender at a GP or a specialist and earn 2 500 Vitality points per check. Do an HIV test and earn 5 000 Vitality points.
Buy HealthyFood and earn 20 Vitality points for every item, up to 750 points a month.
Get active and use our fitness partners to earn up to 15 000 Vitality points a year, plus up to 24 000 bonus points.

There are many ways to get active and earn points:

Earn 150 Vitality points for every visit to one of our gym partners
Earn up to 200 Vitality points by recording your workout with a fitness devices
Earn up to 5 000 Vitality points for participating in an outdoor sporting event
Earn 500 Vitality points for completing a parkrun

Points will only be awarded for one fitness activity a day. If you complete two fitness activities in one day, then the higher points between the two will be awarded.
