Updated process for unpaid contributions by large employer groups
Please make sure to pay contributions for employees on Discovery Health Medical Scheme to avoid suspension of their membership. This is for Scheme members who belong to large employer groups that have a cash payment agreement for contributions.
Our set process for unpaid contributions will now also include us sending an SMS to affected Scheme members. This SMS will tell these members we will suspend their membership if we do not receive payment from your organisation within five days of the SMS sending.
