I hope you’ve all had a great start to 2016. We’re excited about this year and seeing more incredible things happen on our journey to creating a nation of great drivers. This newsletter is packed with useful and interesting information to help you make sure you have the best cover, and to stay safe on the road and in your home.

Update your insurance every year

For most of us, we don’t necessarily enjoy taking out insurance. And then, once we have it, we rarely review our level of cover. But with the Rand continuing to weaken against major international currencies, you could be at risk of underinsurance, largely as a result of inflation and rising replacement costs for foreign goods. For this reason, it’s a good idea to review your insurance cover at least once a year. Make sure that you insure your possessions for their replacement value so that you are fully covered if you need to claim.

In this newsletter…

In this edition of your newsletter, we’ve included articles on the self-help options the Discovery app offers, the most hassle-free way to get in and out of the shops – EasyPark, and a whole lot more. We also welcome a new partner to our DriveMe offering, Scooter Angels.

Finally, join me in congratulating our 5 Star Days winners for January 2016: Zinitha Noxolo Sithole, Christopher Nortje, Hendrika Johanna Nicolasina Venter, Vusani Nesta Ndou, Ashton John Rhoda, Nitin Kumar Singh, Sacha Brett Berman, Phillimon Nkosana Kumako, Wilhelmus Christoffel Engelbrecht, Boris Vossgatter, Nicole Van Veen, Donald Themba Jiyane, Michael Nash, Senta Platzoeder, Stephen Marc Siegenberg, Steven A Watt, Jonathan Whitlock Sinden, Thenjiwe Phetlho, Leslie Eustace Massey, Alp Numanoglu, Patricia Joy Francois, Shan Sunette Steyn, Charles Mahony, Paul Gouws, Hazvinei Musodza, James Peter Stalberg, Maria-Teresa De Sabato, Phumza Zuba, Thabo Alex Motaung, Cornelius Johannes Prinsloo, and Roger Arthur Sayers.
